About these terms
These terms explain the basic agreement between you and Okay Business when you create an account, use the platform, subscribe to a plan, buy an add-on, submit a directory listing or use a business portfolio.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and use the account only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
Your business information
You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, products, stock, invoices, customer records, tax information, opening hours, contact details, directory content and any other information you enter or publish.
Subscriptions
Access to paid features depends on the plan and paid period confirmed for your account. A plan begins when payment is verified and the subscription is activated, unless a different start date is agreed.
Directory accounts
A directory account may have its own package and rules. The current directory package may be free, but we may introduce paid directory packages later. Any future charge will be shown before it applies to a new purchase or renewal.
Add-ons
Add-ons can have monthly, yearly or one-time pricing. Scope, delivery time and any third-party cost can differ by add-on. Where a custom quote is required, the agreed quote applies.
Payments
A payment is not treated as confirmed until Okay Business verifies it. Always use the payment instructions shown on the platform and keep your transaction reference or proof.
Lawful use
Do not use Okay Business for fraud, unlawful goods or services, misleading listings, impersonation, harmful content, unauthorised access, malware, spam, harassment, copyright infringement or activity that may harm other users or the platform.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, internet problems, hosting issues, security incidents or other events can cause interruptions. Features may be improved, replaced or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
Suspension or termination
We may restrict, suspend or close an account or listing for serious misuse, fraud, non-payment, security risk, repeated policy breaches, unlawful activity or failure to provide required verification. Where practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give Okay Business permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service and any public listing or portfolio you choose to publish.
Third-party services
Links, maps, social platforms, payment networks and other third-party services have their own terms and availability. Okay Business is not responsible for the independent operation of those services.
Liability
Okay Business provides business software and directory tools. You remain responsible for your business decisions, legal obligations, taxes, customer commitments, product quality, staff actions and records. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when services or requirements change. Material changes will be published on the platform. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.

If you do not understand a term, contact support before purchasing or continuing to use the affected service.
Your responsibility for business records
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of products, stock, prices, invoices, tax settings, customer records, supplier records and other information entered by you or your staff. Okay Business provides tools to manage records but does not independently verify every business entry.
Changes to plans and features
Features, limits and prices can change over time. A change will not normally alter a payment period that has already been confirmed unless required for security, law or a serious technical reason. Future renewals may use the current published plan and price.
Suspension and misuse
We may restrict or suspend access where there is fraud, abuse, unlawful content, repeated non-payment, serious security risk or conduct that harms other users or the platform. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support.

آپ کی کاروباری معلومات
قیمت، مصنوعات، اسٹاک، انوائس، کسٹمر ریکارڈ، ٹیکس معلومات، اوقات کار، رابطہ معلومات، ڈائریکٹری مواد اور دوسری درج کی گئی معلومات کی درستگی آپ کی ذمہ داری ہے۔
سبسکرپشن
Paid features اسی پلان اور ادا شدہ مدت کے مطابق ملتے ہیں جو آپ کے اکاؤنٹ کے لیے منظور ہو۔ عام طور پر پلان اس وقت شروع ہوتا ہے جب ادائیگی verify ہو اور سبسکرپشن activate ہو۔
ڈائریکٹری اکاؤنٹ
ڈائریکٹری اکاؤنٹ کا الگ پیکیج اور قواعد ہو سکتے ہیں۔ موجودہ پیکیج Free ہو سکتا ہے لیکن مستقبل میں paid packages آ سکتے ہیں۔ کوئی نئی فیس لاگو ہونے سے پہلے واضح طور پر دکھائی جائے گی۔
ایڈ آنز
ایڈ آن ماہانہ، سالانہ یا ایک مرتبہ کی قیمت پر ہو سکتے ہیں۔ کام کی نوعیت، ڈیلیوری وقت اور third-party خرچ مختلف ہو سکتا ہے۔ Custom quote کی صورت میں منظور شدہ quote لاگو ہوگا۔
ادائیگی
ادائیگی تب تک مکمل تصور نہیں ہوگی جب تک Okay Business اس کی تصدیق نہ کر دے۔ پلیٹ فارم پر دی گئی ہدایات استعمال کریں اور ٹرانزیکشن ریفرنس یا ثبوت محفوظ رکھیں۔
قانونی اور مناسب استعمال
فراڈ، غیر قانونی اشیا یا خدمات، جھوٹی لسٹنگ، کسی اور کی شناخت استعمال کرنا، نقصان دہ مواد، غیر مجاز رسائی، malware، spam، harassment یا دوسروں کے حقوق کی خلاف ورزی منع ہے۔
سروس کی دستیابی
ہم سروس کو دستیاب رکھنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں، مگر maintenance، internet، hosting، security یا دوسری وجوہات سے عارضی رکاوٹ آ سکتی ہے۔ ضرورت کے مطابق features بہتر، تبدیل یا بند کیے جا سکتے ہیں۔
اکاؤنٹ معطل یا بند ہونا
سنگین غلط استعمال، فراڈ، عدم ادائیگی، سکیورٹی خطرہ، بار بار پالیسی توڑنے یا غیر قانونی سرگرمی پر اکاؤنٹ یا لسٹنگ محدود، معطل یا بند کی جا سکتی ہے۔ جہاں ممکن ہو، اصلاح کا موقع دیا جا سکتا ہے۔
آپ کا مواد
آپ اپنے مواد کے مالک رہتے ہیں۔ سروس فراہم کرنے اور آپ کی منتخب کردہ public listing یا portfolio دکھانے کے لیے Okay Business کو اسے محفوظ، process اور display کرنے کی اجازت دیتے ہیں۔
تیسری پارٹی کی خدمات
Maps، social media، payment networks اور دوسری third-party services کے اپنے اصول ہوتے ہیں۔ ان کی آزاد سروس کے لیے Okay Business ذمہ دار نہیں۔
ذمہ داری
Okay Business کاروباری software اور directory tools دیتا ہے۔ کاروباری فیصلے، ٹیکس، قانونی ذمہ داریاں، customer commitments، product quality، staff actions اور records کی ذمہ داری آپ کی ہے۔
شرائط میں تبدیلی
سروس یا تقاضے بدلنے پر شرائط اپ ڈیٹ ہو سکتی ہیں۔ اہم تبدیلی پلیٹ فارم پر شائع کی جائے گی۔
رابطہ
اگر کوئی شرط سمجھ نہ آئے تو خریداری یا متعلقہ سروس جاری رکھنے سے پہلے سپورٹ سے رابطہ کریں۔
Business records کی ذمہ داری
Products، stock، prices، invoices، tax settings، customers، suppliers اور staff کی درج کی گئی معلومات کی درستگی چیک کرنا آپ کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ Okay Business management tools دیتا ہے مگر ہر business entry کو خود verify نہیں کرتا۔
Plans اور features میں تبدیلی
Features، limits اور prices وقت کے ساتھ بدل سکتے ہیں۔ Confirm شدہ payment period عام طور پر تبدیل نہیں کیا جائے گا، سوائے security، law یا serious technical reason کے۔ اگلی renewal موجودہ published plan اور price کے مطابق ہو سکتی ہے۔
Suspension اور misuse
Fraud، abuse، illegal content، مسلسل non-payment، serious security risk یا دوسرے users/platform کو نقصان پہنچانے کی صورت میں access محدود یا suspend کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ جہاں ممکن ہو وجہ بتائی جائے گی اور support سے رابطے کا راستہ دیا جائے گا۔
