Before deletion
Export or save any invoices, customer records, reports, media or other business information you may need later. Deletion can be permanent.
Close an account
Use the available account settings or contact support from the registered email address. We may ask you to verify identity or account ownership.
Public directory listing
You may request that your own directory listing be unpublished or deleted, subject to ownership verification and any unresolved dispute or legal requirement.
Business portfolio
A portfolio can be unpublished separately where the feature allows. Some cached search results outside Okay Business may take time to disappear.
What may be deleted
Eligible profile information, user-generated content and business data can be deleted or anonymised after verification, subject to technical and legal limitations.
What may be retained
We may retain limited payment, security, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute, backup or legally required records even after account closure.
Backups
Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until normal backup rotation removes it. Backup copies are not intended for ordinary active use.
Shared or third-party information
Information already sent to another user, downloaded by you, shared with a third party or indexed outside Okay Business may not be fully removable by us.
Processing time
Some requests can be completed quickly while complex accounts may require additional verification or processing time.
Contact
Send account/data requests through official support and include the registered account email and business name. Never include your password or OTP.
Before requesting deletion
Export or copy any invoices, reports, customer records, product information or other business data you need to keep. Deletion may be difficult or impossible to reverse once it has been completed and backup retention periods have passed.
Records that may be retained
We may retain limited records where reasonably required for payment history, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, security logs or evidence that a deletion request was completed.
Public listings after deletion
Where a directory listing or portfolio is linked to the account being deleted, it may be unpublished or removed unless ownership is validly transferred to another verified account.
Deletion سے پہلے

کیا delete ہو سکتا ہے
Eligible profile information، user content اور business data verification کے بعد delete یا anonymise ہو سکتے ہیں، technical/legal limits کے مطابق۔
کیا رکھا جا سکتا ہے
Payment، security، fraud prevention، audit، dispute، backup یا legally required limited records account closure کے بعد بھی رکھے جا سکتے ہیں۔
Backups
Deleted information protected backups میں کچھ عرصہ رہ سکتی ہے جب تک normal backup rotation اسے remove نہ کرے۔
Third-party information
جو information پہلے کسی user یا third party کے ساتھ share ہو چکی ہو یا باہر index ہو گئی ہو اسے Okay Business مکمل طور پر remove نہ کر سکے۔
Processing time
کچھ requests جلد مکمل ہو سکتی ہیں جبکہ complex accounts میں extra verification یا processing time لگ سکتا ہے۔
Contact
Official support پر registered email اور business name کے ساتھ request دیں۔ Password یا OTP کبھی نہ بھیجیں۔
Deletion request سے پہلے
Invoices، reports، customer records، products یا دوسری ضروری business data کی copy/export محفوظ کر لیں۔ Deletion complete ہونے اور backup retention period گزرنے کے بعد reversal مشکل یا ناممکن ہو سکتا ہے۔
کون سے records باقی رہ سکتے ہیں
Payment history، fraud prevention، dispute handling، legal obligations، security logs یا deletion request مکمل ہونے کے evidence کے لیے محدود records ضرورت کے مطابق رکھے جا سکتے ہیں۔
Deletion کے بعد public listings
اگر directory listing یا portfolio deleted account کے ساتھ linked ہو تو اسے unpublish/remove کیا جا سکتا ہے، جب تک ownership کسی دوسرے verified account کو validly transfer نہ ہو۔
