When contacting support
Explain what you were trying to do, what you expected to happen and what actually happened. Include the exact page or module name and a screenshot when it helps. Clear information usually leads to a faster answer.
Urgent account or payment issues
If you suspect unauthorised account access or a payment has gone to the wrong destination, contact support as soon as possible and also contact your bank or wallet provider where appropriate.
