Complaints & Support

Complaints & Support

Start with the right information

Tell us your account email, business name, affected feature, what you expected to happen, what actually happened and any useful reference such as invoice or payment number.

Technical problem

Include the page name, device/browser, approximate time and a screenshot if it does not expose private information.

Payment problem

Provide amount, date, payment method and transaction/reference number. Never send your banking password, PIN or OTP.

Directory complaint

If a listing appears false, duplicated, impersonates another business or publishes harmful information, send the listing name/URL and explain the concern.

Review complaint

Identify the review and explain why it may break the Reviews & Community Guidelines. Disagreement with criticism alone may not be enough for removal.

Account access

For login or ownership problems, we may require identity or business ownership verification before changing sensitive account information.

Response and resolution

We aim to handle support reasonably and may prioritise security, payment and service-outage issues. Complex matters can require investigation or information from third parties.

Be respectful

Abusive or threatening communication can delay support and may be restricted. Clear, factual information helps us resolve issues faster.

Escalation

If an issue is not resolved, reply with the existing support reference and ask for further review rather than opening many duplicate requests.

What information helps us investigate

Include your business name, account email, relevant invoice or transaction reference, date of the issue, screenshots where useful and a clear description of what happened. Do not include passwords, OTPs or full secret banking credentials.

How we handle complaints

We first identify the issue, check relevant records and may ask follow-up questions. Some matters can be resolved immediately, while payment, security, directory moderation or technical investigations may take longer.

If you disagree with the outcome

Reply with the reason you believe the decision is incorrect and provide any new evidence. We can review the matter again where there is relevant additional information.
